My 4x4 Response Vehicle

If you are planning an event, professional Medical Cover is essential. In the event of a medical emergency it is vital that the incident is dealt with in a calm, methodical and professional way. Over the years I have found that many events do not require a full Medical Team or Ambulance and Crew. For many of my clients this would be over the top for their event, and for some of my clients they require a discreet non uniformed Medic to be on hand just in case. Below I have listed a few options that I provide.

Using staff and vehicles from ABC Medical I can provide any number of Ambulances, Response Vehicles, Treatment Units and Medical Staff of all grades.
Myself in uniform with marked 4x4 response vehicle
Myself in uniform with unmarked 4x4 response vehicle
Myself in non uniform with unmarked 4x4 response vehicle
Myself attending corporate event, seminar or conference. Either in uniform or non uniform matching the dress code for the event.

All cover is provided with full medical malpractice and public liability insurance. On request I am happy to provide proof of cover. Cover is provided by West Craven Insurance Services Ltd

Levels of Cover

When planning an event it is very important to have the correct of skill level of those providing your cover. This should be provided by your risk assessment or governing body. When booking I will need to know the level of cover you require. Below is a guide, contact me for further advice.

First Aid

This is the most basic cover and will normally be adequate for most low risk events. This cover will provide basic treatment and basic life support skills including defibrillation (AED).

Ambulance Aid

This cover will provide a vehicle 4x4 / Ambulance. The staff manning these vehicles will be trained in the use of the equipment on the vehicle.

Paramedic Cover

If you require Paramedic cover this will be provided by a Paramedic registered with the HPC. The Paramedic will provide all of the additional equipment required for this level of cover. Additional costs will apply for this service.
